Ingredientes :
- 10 medium wild shrimp
- 1/2 bell pepper cut into julienne strips
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato pulp
- parsley to taste
- chives qb
- chilli qb
- 1/2 seafood bouillon cube
- 50 ml white wine
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Spaghetti
- salt to taste
- butter qb
Modo de Preparo:
- To make the shrimp tastier, I didn’t cook them before peeling them. I put the shrimp in a container, poured a little white wine over them and let them defrost so I could peel them. Set aside.
- Place a pan of water on the heat, once it boils, add the salt, a little butter and the spaghetti. Cook according to the instructions on the package.
- In a frying pan, place the garlic, olive oil and seafood stock cube. Let it brown a little.
- Add the pepper, shrimp, parsley, chives, chili peppers, tomato pulp, pour in the white wine and let it thicken. This is usually the time it takes for the spaghetti to cook.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it very well and add it to the previous preparation.
- Mix well and remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve!
