Ingredientes :

Cream:

- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 100g butter
Modo de Preparo:
- Line a tart pan with a removable bottom with the puff pastry, cut off the excess, in the meantime wash the apples with the skin on, cut them in half and remove the seeds, try to slice them as thinly as possible with a knife.
- Place it in the mold with the shell facing up until it is full, pressing it down well so that when you add the cream it does not open.
- Start by making one layer, and then make another, otherwise it will be in the shape of a snail…
- In a saucepan, place the sugar, egg yolks, and butter, cook over low heat until the butter melts.
- Let it cool a little and then pour it over the entire tart. If there is not enough cream, add a little more by eye.
- Put it in the oven until golden brown.
- If you want, you can sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
