Ingredientes :

- 1/2 cup chopped onion and sauce
- 250g of mayonnaise
- Syrian pepper
- 4 Diced Tomatoes
Stuffing :
- 250g of mozzarella cheese
- 200g of cream cheese
Modo de Preparo:
Dissolve in water by boiling the meat broth tablets and combine the wheat and minced garlic. Leave Soaking for 1 hour. In a large basin, mix the meat, onions, mint, chive, salt, pepper, and the wheat that has been put in sauce and has already absorbed all the water.
Add the tomato and mix without squeezing them. In a high ungreased refractory, place half of the dough and level with the back of a spoon, add the filling and the rest of the dough.
Place the refractory over a larger shape (this will prevent the bottom from hurting faster and if the filling leaks, your oven will be intact) and bake in a preheated oven 180 ̊C for approximately 1 hour. Don’t go over this limit to not dry the kibe.
