Ingredientes:
- 1 ovo
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk or water
- 6 spoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 10 grams of dry organic yeast
- 1/2 kilo of wheat flour approximately.
Modo de Preparo:
In a basin combine the egg, milk, oil, sugar, salt and yeast, mix well and start to put the flour little by little, always stirring with the help of a spoon, when you start to knead knock it down on a counter and save in your hand to homogenize well.
If necessary, flour and work the dough until it gets very soft and elastic.
Finishing soaking, put the dough in the sun to grow between 1 and 2 hours on hot days and a little more on mild days. Cover with plastic and stuff with a dish cloth.
After the dough doubles in volume, it collapses again on the slightly floured counter, knead removing the air and shape the breads.
Have it in a greased and floured form, brush with egg yolk (optional) and let it grow again until double the volume.
Bake in medium oven for about 25 minutes or until tender.
– Boil:
Half a cup of sugar with half water, put to boil until it thickens a little, pour the hot broth on the still hot buns, if you like you can put grated coconut too, it’s very tasty
