Ingredientes:

1 pineapple in small cubes

1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (if pineapple is too sour, add more sugar)

700 ml of water

2 envelopes of pineapple jelly

1/2 carton of condensed milk

2 cartons of cream milk (400 g)
Modo de Preparo:
Cook the pineapple with the sugar and water on high heat until it comes to a boil.
Lower the heat to medium and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Out of heat, add jello and mix until melted.
Add the condensed milk and cream and mix well until incorporated.
Pour in transparent refractory and let it freeze overnight or until firm.
